PTSM is a regular and significant feature of the school curriculum. It is an occasion for parents to meet the teachers and the Principal together with their ward, to discuss and plan for the growth of their wards.
We request the parents to recognise the importance of attending PTSM regularly to promote rapport with the school and to keep their child motivated for learning.
Parent Principal Meeting (PPM):
Meeting Time: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
In case of a specific requirement, other than these days and PTSM days, kindly take a telephonic appointment.
Important Points For Parents:
* Kindly check the school diary of your ward regularly and communicate with the class/ subject teachers in case of any requirement through the space provided.
* PTSM’s are scheduled regularly for your convenience to discuss your ward’s progress regularly.
* Attendance of your ward is mandatory for all activities and functions at the school.
* Ensure to maintain proper haircut of your ward conforming to the standards/norms laid down by the school. Awkward hair styles liKe mushroom cut, crew cut and spikes are strictly prohibited. Girls must make braid of their long hair.
* Any alteration in the school uniform is not permitted. Low waist and narrow bottom trousers are not allowed to wear.
* Celebration of birthday is not allowed in school. Please don’t send any articles/chocolates for distribution in the school to students/teachers. This will avoid any kind of competition/complex among students.
* In case of early departure or late arrival of your ward during school hours, kindly write an application duly signed by you and send with the escort person.
* Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones in school campus.
* 75% attendance is mandatory for taking Summative Assessments of students.
* Kindly intimate in the school office about any change in the address/phone no.
* The damage to the school property and the loss of library books by the students are to be borne by the parents.
* The school is deemed to be indemnified against all claims arising from illness, accidents or other mishaps.
* The Principal/management have authority to take necessary actions, as they consider fit, in case of any emergency or in any situation requiring parents’ consent but inaccessible promptly, as the situation warrants.
* Information and rules given, may change as per the requirement and deemed fit to the management.
* The decision of the Principal, in all matters of dispute, will be final and binding on all parties.
* School dues are to be cleared upto the date 10 of the months ; July, October and January (quarterly). In case, the dues are not cleared by this date, a fine of 10 Rs. per day will be levied till the end of the quarter. Hereafter, name of the student may be struck off the Scholar Register. The student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all dues and re-admission fee along with late fee charges.
* Caution money is refundable within a year of leaving, withdrawal, expulsion or striking off the name from rolls, whichever is later. After three years of leaving/ withdrawal / expulsion/striking off from school, money is forfeited.
* If a student is absent during a test or examination for any reason, no re-test or re-exam will be conducted.
* Certificate or any other document required by the parents from school, will be issued after five days of receiving application from the parents.
